About This Role

This leadership position offers a unique opportunity to drive excellence and support teams in delivering high-quality programs across multiple services.

As an experienced childcare professional, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing embedded practice across your services, implementing the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality and compliance. You will coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledge.

You will also have responsibility across rostering, financial management, and engagement of communities. Critical reflection and planning will be key in supporting increases in child outcomes in service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and enhance embedded practice across multiple services
  • Implement the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality and compliance
  • Council and mentor teams to improve knowledge and skills
  • Manage rosters, finances, and community engagement
  • Plan and reflect to increase child outcomes
Requirements
  • Previous experience in OSHC or childcare is essential
  • Experience as an Area Manager is preferred
  • Strong industry process and regulation knowledge
  • Familiarity with the National Law and Regulation, and the National Quality Standard
  • Understanding of TheirCare's internal policies and procedures
  • Positive attitude and approach
  • Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Current first aid certification
  • Valid driver's license
