Childcare Area Leadership Role

About The Role
This childcare area leadership role is responsible for managing a group of services across the region.
- You will be responsible for leading and enhancing embedded practice across your services.
- Implement the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality, and compliance.
- Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and knowledge cascading.
- Roster management, financials, community engagement, and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service are key responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A strong background in the childcare industry.
- Previous experience as an Area Manager.
- Knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
- Strong understanding of the National Law & Regulation.
- Familiarity with the National Quality Standard.
- Positive attitude and desire for change.
- Completed qualification approved by ACECQA.
- Current first aid certification.
- Driver's license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region.
