Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic team. Our business focuses on delivering innovative legal services to clients across various industries.

This role involves working closely with international founders, investors, and innovators to provide strategic and technical legal counsel.

The ideal candidate will be a business-savvy legal professional with excellent communication skills and experience in corporate law.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Leading and managing corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and supplier/vendor contracts
  • Negotiating complex commercial agreements and partnership arrangements
  • Providing external general counsel services to clients, advising on capital raises, HR structuring, and corporate governance matters

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Australia
  • 5+ years of corporate law experience, preferably in a mix of BigLaw, in-house, or entrepreneurial legal settings
  • Deep knowledge of business law, tax implications, and regulatory considerations for multinational clients
