Sustainable Donation Experience Leader

Championing reuse is at the heart of our business. From humble beginnings, we've grown into a global leader in reuse.

The role requires leading and driving the instore experience to make each store the local choice for donations. Promoting brand awareness in the community and developing relationships with local organisations are also key responsibilities.

A typical day may include:

  • Coaching team members to deliver an exceptional donor experience
  • Networking to grow the donor base and raise awareness of the donation centers
  • Promoting the work of charity partners
  • Embracing the purpose to champion reuse
  • Sharing our story
  • Supporting our safety culture

Requirements include a degree in marketing, sales or business, as well as ownership and accountability for actions taken. Peripheral vision to anticipate what's coming, passion for thrift, teamwork and collaboration skills, and a commitment to doing the right thing are also necessary.
