STEM Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a STEM Leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the combined faculties of Science and Mathematics, and working in collaboration with other middle leaders to deliver an authentic and professional education.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a 2pt Coordinator allowance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the combined faculties of Science and Mathematics.
  2. Work in collaboration with other middle leaders to deliver an authentic and professional education.
  3. Develop and implement effective pedagogical practices to create a motivating and engaging learning environment.
  4. Analyse and reflect on student learning data to ensure learning growth for all students.
Requirements
  • Suitably qualified to teach and lead STEM.
  • Experience in leading and managing staff.
  • Support and implement the goals and values of Catholic education and the strategic priorities of the College.
  • Skilled in analysing and reflecting on student learning data to ensure learning growth for all students.
