Your role as a Personal Banker is to deliver outstanding customer service, meeting their end-to-end banking needs and making them feel valued.

You'll do this by:

  • Educating and supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs
  • Guiding customers through personalized lending solutions, helping them achieve their goals

This is a **permanent, full-time** position located in Mount Martha.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs
  • Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different
  • Drive for collaboration, mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
