Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Risk and Compliance professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing our compliance management framework, ensuring regulatory standards are met, and contributing to the development of our risk management framework.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compliance management, risk assessment, and governance principles. You will work collaboratively with various business units to embed best practices, policies, and procedures across the organization.

About You
  • You will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, Law, or Risk Management.
  • You will have experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • You will possess excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing our Compliance management framework, function, and tasks.
  • Ensuring frameworks are in place to meet regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of our Risk Management Framework, including insurance and control assurance.
  • Facilitating compliance with Competition and Consumer Law (CCL), Privacy Law, and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Supporting business continuity, risk management strategies, internal audit processes, and cyber risk response planning.
