Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Bird Control Specialist.

As a Bird Control Specialist, your responsibilities will include conducting thorough property inspections to identify bird infestations, administering appropriate treatments and installing bird deterrent systems using necessary tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough on-site assessments to identify potential bird-related issues.
  • Administer targeted treatments to eliminate bird infestations.
  • Identify opportunities for long-term client relationships and communicate effectively with clients regarding our services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize power tools and equipment to install hardware and other necessary components.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
  • Current and valid Australian driver's licence.
  • Ability to drive a manual vehicle (preferred).
  • High-risk licence EWP - Mandatory.
  • White Card Construction - mandatory.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Ability to handle birds safely.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work independently for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality results and meet performance targets.
  • Ability to work within established safety protocols and standards.
  • Confident use of mobile technology and apps.
