A Key Role in Investment Strategy Execution

This role supports the execution of investment strategies within a dedicated team. It ensures operational enablement and contributes to strategy development within a broader function.

The main responsibilities include:

- Contributing to strategic initiatives and enhancing processes;
- Providing tools and project management services to ensure initiatives remain on track;
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes;
- Collaborating with senior leadership on business planning efforts;
- Supporting the delivery of a comprehensive investment strategy and roadmap;
- Managing annual budgets for the team;
- Ensuring timely delivery of management reports and maintaining governance compliance;
- Facilitating activities to maintain efficient operations as a global team.

This is a permanent role based in Melbourne (preferred) or Sydney.

Required Expertise

- Extensive experience in funds/asset management, management consulting, or finance sectors;
- Solid understanding of investment processes;
- Strategic thinking with strong organisational skills;
- Effective stakeholder relationship building;
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in reporting, writing, planning, and coordination skills;
- Comfortable working in small, collaborative team environments.
