Arconic Venture Fund I is seeking exceptional individuals to join its founding team as Associate/Analyst.

This is a unique opportunity to build from the start, shaping the culture, strategy, and legacy of Australian technology investment capital.

The role involves diving deep into emerging sectors, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools, building relationships with founders, industry experts, and strategic partners, and contributing to investment decision-making through research, analysis, and due diligence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Digging into market trends, opportunities, and high-potential ventures
  • Leveraging AI tools and proprietary systems to map markets and assess start-ups
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Supporting sourcing and due diligence on early-stage to growth-stage investment opportunities
  • Contribute to investment decision-making through research, analysis, and due diligence

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or technology operating roles, with a strong interest in technology and a passion for transformative ventures in AI, fintech, and enterprise software.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling, market research, and problem-solving
  • A functional grasp of emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
