In this position, you will have the opportunity to specialize in delivering tailored technical solutions that align with customer business goals using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Your expertise will be essential in translating client requirements into CE configurations and customizations, leading project planning with attention to risk mitigation specific to CE deployments.

You will also support pre-sales efforts with in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, develop strong relationships to drive user adoption and satisfaction, and leverage and develop intellectual property within the Dynamics 365 CE ecosystem. Additionally, you will stay current with advancements in AI-powered features such as Copilot and agentic solutions directly relevant to CE.

To succeed in this role, you will require extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and deployment. You will need demonstrated expertise in architecting and delivering complex business solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and related Microsoft Cloud technologies. A proven track record of leading project teams and managing large-scale enterprise deployments with a focus on customer success and adoption is also essential.

Furthermore, you will need a strong understanding of business process transformation and best practices as applied within CRM environments. Experience integrating AI-powered features such as Copilot or agentic solutions within Dynamics 365 CE is highly valued. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business and technical stakeholders, are also required. Ability to identify risks and propose effective mitigation strategies during project planning and delivery is critical. Certification in Dynamics 365 CE or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
