Senior Clinical Psychologist Leader Role
This senior leadership position is responsible for providing professional expertise and advice on key psychological issues, leading staff recruitment and performance development, and driving quality improvement projects within the psychology department.
The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating professional supervision, leading professional development for psychology disciplines, and ensuring that all initiatives align with service objectives and relevant business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical supervision to psychologists and psychology students;
- Leading professional development for psychology disciplines;
- Coordinating professional supervision and performance development;
- Driving quality improvement projects within psychology;
- Ensuring alignment with service objectives and business plans.
About the Role:
You will be well-supported by our Psychology leadership team with one-on-one and peer supervision as well as a broad array of professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctoral level qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology;
- Registered as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with specialist endorsement as a Clinical Neuropsychologist;
- Registered as a supervisor with AHPRA;
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence;
- Well-developed clinical skills with a minimum of 8 years' experience working in the field of Clinical Neuropsychology.
