About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Human Resources team as an Early Careers Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the global Finance Management Group early talent strategy.

As a key member of our team, you will partner with Macquarie's Early Careers Talent team, Human Resources, business leaders, and key stakeholders to enable the Finance Management Group's early talent strategy and related programs. Your primary objective will be to attract, develop, and retain early career talent pipelines that meet the future capability needs of our business and workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and map our current processes and practices across our programs to enhance the 'experience journey' for our early talent.
  • Design, develop, and deploy the framework and performance experience in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Measure the effectiveness of program initiatives through data analysis, feedback, and post-implementation reviews.
