Crafting Impactful Campaigns

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the charge in creating high-impact, insight-led campaigns that drive commercial results.

As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with sales leads, product & planning specialists, editorial teams, and audience & research specialists to turn business challenges into breakthrough campaigns.

The successful candidate will be deeply fluent in strategic thinking and have experience in media, advertising, publishing or marketing.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing pitches that win hearts, minds, and budgets - from shaping the strategic approach through to bringing the story to life
  • Translating complex business problems into powerful campaign ideas rooted in insight and cultural relevance
  • Partnering with sales and marketing leads to proactively identify growth opportunities for priority clients
  • Mentoring and lifting capability in strategic storytelling across the team, directly managing a small team of Strategy & Insight Managers
  • Developing strong relationships across agency partners, working at all levels to drive influence and opportunity
  • Leveraging our full ecosystem of assets, insights, and editorial expertise to create best-in-market solutions
