Campaign Strategy Lead

We're seeking a commercially driven and creative storyteller to lead our campaign strategy team. The ideal candidate will inspire others, push boundaries in the audio landscape, and drive business growth.

This role involves working with talented strategists, product specialists, and experts across the business to deliver market-leading pitches that bring brands and our product portfolio together. You'll be responsible for operational management of the campaign strategy team, producing pitches, and ensuring client briefs are turned into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively interpreting client briefs to design compelling solutions
  • Dictating the path from brief to pitch, managing time and stakeholders
  • Facilitating brainstorming sessions to generate unique ideas
  • Creating campaigns grounded in audience insight
  • Collaborating with various areas of the business to build multi-platform brand campaigns
  • Developing strategically sound pitch documents
  • Ensuring campaign feasibility across costings, lead times, and technical requirements
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, innovation, and technologies
  • Presenting to clients in collaboration with sales colleagues

Skillset requirements:

  • Audience experience is essential
  • 6+ years of experience in a media publisher (preferred)
  • Proven coaching skills and ability to inspire, educate, and drive action
  • Strong autonomy, vision, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to drive outcomes across functions and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and creative concept development skills
  • Flexibility and resilience to shifting priorities and timelines
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for visual storytelling
