We are seeking a seasoned campaign strategist to join our Client Solutions Team. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a pivotal role in supporting our Customer Solution Team in achieving their objectives and delivering exceptional campaign results for advertisers.

This is a highly analytical and detail-oriented position, requiring strong technical expertise and excellent collaboration skills. The TAM will be responsible for tactical implementation and management of client campaigns, including integration, planning, and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ad optimization processes, techniques, and workflows. They will be able to analyze data, identify insights, and assess campaign performance.

  2. Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, taking proactive measures to improve results and communicate effectively with the Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to defend revenue and discover new growth opportunities.">
  3. Analyze campaign performance data to offer data-driven business insights and use those insights to improve advertising offerings.">
  4. Partner with CSM and clients to provide technical guidance across strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against client goals.">
  5. Coordinate with CSM and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution, including Product Strategy, Ad Policy, and Ad Review.">
  6. Advise on best practices to drive optimal performance and campaign success based on client objectives.">
  7. Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok's auction platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis.">
  8. Support CSM team in post-sales analytics and reporting needs for clients.">
  9. Enable CSM team to have robust conversations in market through provision of actionable insights and recommendations.">
  10. Investigate and work directly with TikTok Product team to troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.">
