Business Development Manager

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, customer relationships or business growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and be responsible for managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of existing clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across multiple service lines.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships by understanding client goals, challenges and success metrics.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, manage renewals and track client health to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
  • Advocate on behalf of clients internally, ensuring their needs are represented across delivery and support.
  • Use tools to maintain accurate records, track interactions and report on activity.
Service Delivery and Retention
  • Identify at-risk accounts and take steps to mitigate issues and ensure retention.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers, strong communication and service alignment.
Growth Enablement and Commercial Support
  • Pursue opportunities for account expansion based on client needs and service fit.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive cross-sell and upsell conversations.
Process Improvement and Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with peers and leadership to improve processes and share best practices.
  • Support the development of resources that enhance the client experience.
