About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and be responsible for managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across multiple service lines.
- Build deep, trusted relationships by understanding client goals, challenges and success metrics.
- Conduct regular check-ins, manage renewals and track client health to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management- Advocate on behalf of clients internally, ensuring their needs are represented across delivery and support.
- Use tools to maintain accurate records, track interactions and report on activity.
- Identify at-risk accounts and take steps to mitigate issues and ensure retention.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers, strong communication and service alignment.
- Pursue opportunities for account expansion based on client needs and service fit.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive cross-sell and upsell conversations.
- Work collaboratively with peers and leadership to improve processes and share best practices.
- Support the development of resources that enhance the client experience.
