Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Industry Maintenance Leader to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance, repair, and servicing of our heavy mobile equipment fleet.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning - Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and major component change-outs.
  • Team Leadership - Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians, allocating tasks, managing rosters, and fostering a positive, safety-first culture.
  • Fleet Performance & Reliability - Monitor fleet performance, identify maintenance priorities, and ensure all work meets OEM and operational standards.
  • Resource Management - Manage tooling, parts, and consumables to support continuous maintenance operations while controlling costs.
  • Safety & Compliance - Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in line with statutory requirements, company policies, and site safety procedures.
