This role involves introducing high-quality commercial business opportunities while maintaining market share within your area of representation.
- Contribute to the introduction of quality business at an acceptable margin
- Develop and implement a program to target customers and generate business development activities
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities for Bank of Queensland
- Build external referral sources to ensure sales targets are met
- Lead role in educating, coaching and training colleagues on Business Banking products, policies and procedures
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Provide excellent after-sales service to achieve high customer retention and strong credit quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the growth of our business by identifying and introducing new commercial business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business development and growth
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue and customer engagement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on Business Banking products, policies and procedures
