About the Role:
At Randstad Digital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect within Security to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive security solutions for our cloud-based and application services (Azure). This role requires a deep understanding of cloud architecture, application security, identity and access management (IAM), and the latest security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain a secure cloud architecture framework that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the DevOps pipeline, promoting a culture of security awareness.
  • Provide expert guidance on cloud security, application security, identity and access management, and related technologies to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats, technologies, and trends to ensure our security posture remains robust and proactive.
  • Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in cloud security architecture, preferably with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong background in application security and identity and access management, including experience with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
  • Proficiency in security frameworks, risk management, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to a variety of audiences.
