Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate sale agreements, scheme booklets, and disclosure documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct due diligence, risk analysis, and vendor briefings with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Liaise with finance, tax, and ESG teams on regulatory compliance matters.
- Support execution on public and private M&A mandates with a focus on driving business growth.
Requirements:
- 6+ years' PQE in corporate law, ideally from a reputable firm or organisation.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle varied files and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent drafting, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A positive, team-based approach and client-first mentality.
