Seeking a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to lead our commercial legal team.

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Counsel with a strong background in commercial law and a passion for delivering results-driven advice. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a critical role in shaping our business strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' post-admission experience in commercial or corporate law, with a solid grounding in consumer law, commercial contracting, and leasing. They will also have familiarity with healthcare and therapeutic goods regulation and be admitted to practice in Australia with a current practising certificate.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing legal support across commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and consumer law. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving legal templates, supporting internal education on legal processes, and contributing to policy development.
