Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our Corporate Legal Advisory Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely advice, preparing high-quality written contracts and briefs on relevant laws and corporate policy and contract issues.

Responsibilities will include assisting the Legal Corporate Advisory Team in a wide variety of work, including provision of timely advice and preparation of written contracts and briefs.

Additionally, the candidate will support the preparation of Ministerial correspondence, Cabinet submissions, and other written reports and briefings to clients.

Collaboration with the team will be essential to deliver excellent client services and contribute to professional team work.

Strong commercial and government law knowledge and skills will be required.

Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment is also necessary.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Candidates must have capacity to provide exceptional client services and commitment to professional team work.
