About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager who is seeking a challenging and rewarding surgical leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Clinical Leadership by providing direct patient care.
  2. Supervision of nursing staff in clinical practice.
  3. Operational Coordination when required.
  4. Strategic Collaboration to achieve activity targets and meet annual goals.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive experience in anaesthetics / PACU.
  • Management or ANUM experience.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • National criminal history check or willingness to obtain one.
