Job Title: Field Key Accounts Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and store managers to drive sales growth and strengthen partnerships.
  • Execute seasonal product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiatives in partner stores to ensure premium in-store execution.
  • Train and inspire retail partners on adidas product technologies, stories, and benefits to boost selling confidence.
  • Share field insights with teams on market trends, competitors, and store performance to inform product and commercial strategy.
  • Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
