  • Customer Support: Deliver high-quality support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify, assess, and resolve problems using an active person-centered approach.
  • Training and Development: Proactively train and develop our staff team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including rostering, reporting, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer support and team leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the disability sector, including NDIS standards, Workplace Health & Safety, and NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Disability, Recreation, or other relevant professional field.
  • Certifications: Current first aid and CPR certificates, Working With Children Check, and NDISWC.
