Support Employment Specialist

This role is focused on empowering clients to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.

  • Identify client goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Essential attributes and experience:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges;
  • Ability to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confidence working towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • A genuine desire to be part of our team, aligned with our purpose: to connect people and businesses so both can thrive; and
  • Current driver's license.
