Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting injured individuals with their recovery and return to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and case management services for clients across various portfolios
  • Support individuals to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Eligibility for full registration or membership with the relevant professional bodies (e.g., AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
