Business Growth Specialist

An exciting opportunity to expand your business development capabilities in the mining industry.

This role involves:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Developing business strategies and creating plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
  • Engaging with clients at all levels, from operational to senior management, including commercial and technical contacts.
  • Buidling and maintaining relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders, as well as forging new connections.
  • Preparing proposals and tender documents, negotiating contracts, and finalizing agreements with new and existing clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development roles preferably in mining or civil.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or equivalent in the civil and mining sector, or a related discipline highly regarded.
  • Confident communicator and presenter with excellent follow-up and relationship skills.
  • Comfortable managing tenders, complex negotiations, and solution-based client outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proposal writing expertise with attention to detail and customer service mindset.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
