As a Learning Diversity Director, you will lead the development and implementation of programs to support students with diverse needs in Years 7-10. You will work closely with teachers to provide literacy and numeracy support, as well as guidance in other classes.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with students who require additional support. They will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that cater to the individual needs of students, ensuring they receive an inclusive and contemporary education.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Masters of Teaching, Bachelor of Education, PGCE)
  • Current VIT registration (or eligibility to gain)
  • Knowledge of NCCD processes
