Job Description

Provide Level 1 Help Desk Support

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our service desk, you will provide level 1 helpdesk support for systems, network, and equipment related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all incident and request tickets are accurately logged and managed efficiently to agreed service levels.
  • Support, serve, test, and troubleshoot networks and equipment, escalating issues when required.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of documentation including policies, procedures, and knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on procurement activities, asset auditing, and deployment of new equipment and technology.

Requirements and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Experience working in complex IT service desks involving servicing hardware and software desktop, server/network, telephony, and peripheral devices.
  • IT qualifications for Microsoft client/server technologies or a minimum three years' relevant experience desirable.

Service Delivery Experience:

  • Desirable experience or qualifications in ITIL service operations and delivery.
