As a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customer base. The successful candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a keen desire to learn and apply new skills, working within a collaborative team environment that fosters continuous employee development. Key responsibilities will include the installation and support of production print equipment and ancillary products, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction through on-site corrective and preventative maintenance.

To be qualified for this position, the ideal candidate will possess the following essential attributes:

  • A strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective team collaboration
