Job Title

The Conference and Events Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to plan and execute events professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and preparation of quotes.
  • Coordinate conferences, dinners, weddings, accommodation, and private dining restaurant bookings.
  • Handle calls, book appointments, assist in lead generation, and enquiry follow up.
  • Work closely with back-of-house teams to ensure events meet client expectations.
  • Maintain the event management system, including sales activity, client information, and bookings.
  • Prepare regular reports as directed by the Conference Sales Manager or General Manager.
  • Represent the hotel and hospitality brand at all times.
