Customer Experience Evaluator Job

  • We are seeking a skilled CX evaluator to join our team of professionals who assess and improve customer experiences.
The Role:

As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions at various locations. This involves observing and reporting on service quality, product knowledge, and overall experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer interactions at retail stores, restaurants, or other establishments
  • Document observations and feedback using a detailed report format
  • Provide actionable insights to businesses to help them improve their customer service
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional communication skills, keen observation skills, and the ability to think critically. You should also have access to a computer, reliable internet, and a smartphone for capturing photos and notes.
