Director of Inclusive Programs

This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and delivering social change programs that promote equity, inclusion, and intersectionality. The successful candidate will have expertise in health promotion, social sciences, or international development, with a strong understanding of equity and intersectional practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans for social change work, focusing on gender-based violence prevention, mental health wellbeing, anti-racism, disability inclusion, and cis/heterosexism.
- Lead the design and delivery of social change programs, collaborating with cross-institutional teams to monitor and analyze data, informing the design and management of evaluation plans.
- A degree in Health Promotion, Social or Health Sciences, International Development, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of subsequent experience.
- Experience in designing and delivering social change programs, program evaluation, and gender-based violence prevention with workplaces and young people.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of equity and intersectional practice, with a willingness to work towards prevention of social issues.
