Job Responsibilities
  • Cultivating enduring relationships with each client through personalized service delivered via phone, email, and live chat, consistently exceeding expectations in a remote setting.
  • Articulating the Maison's rich history and unparalleled product knowledge, forging lasting connections with our discerning clientele.
  • Guiding clients through our diverse product universe, identifying opportunities to enrich their personal collections and cultivate brand loyalty.
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative environment within our Client Service Center, upholding the standards of excellence synonymous with our luxury brand.
