Client Engagement Strategist

This pivotal role in our high-performing Marketing Department involves developing and executing a global omnichannel CRM strategy to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the global CRM communications strategy and roadmap across all channels.
  • Own and develop the global CRM communications segmentation strategy and frameworks.
  • Design personalized client journey flows based on lifecycle stages, loyalty segments, web browsing behavior, and preferences.
  • Execute comprehensive testing strategies across all CRM touchpoints.
  • Define comprehensive CRM measurement strategies.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to leverage advanced analytics and data insights.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on requirements.
  • Lead vendor relationships and agency partnerships.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in CRM marketing, client strategy, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related qualification.
  • Proven experience establishing measurement frameworks and KPIs.
  • Expert in testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools and reporting platforms.
  • Expert in client journey mapping, segmentation strategy, and behavioral analysis.
