As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for identifying supply chain opportunities, managing supplier communications, overseeing contract documentation, and ensuring compliance with licensing and insurance requirements.
This newly created role involves working closely with Supplier Relationship Managers to identify and vet potential suppliers. You will facilitate the setup of new supplier accounts, provide system access, conduct training sessions, and support suppliers with operational inquiries.
Effective communication is crucial in this role. You will manage the supplier inbox daily, responding to inquiries promptly and effectively.
You will also draft and process contractor agreements through DocuSign, managing internal approvals from the Executive team.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Proven experience in supplier management, procurement, or administrative support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
