This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our team.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and control a team of leading hands, laborers, and pickers to collect and sort recyclable materials as directed by their manager.Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the team and all external visitors.Ensure team duties are performed in an environmentally responsible manner, in compliance with BINGO procedures.Coordinate with the Maintenance team regarding plant service and repair needs.Support site maintenance activities when required.Prepare shift reports, conduct pre-start inspections, and maintain all production documentation as directed.Promote a positive culture and manage the team with respect.Adhere to BINGO's policies, procedures, and processes.What Makes You a GOgetterKnowledge of waste classification.Experience in applying principles to practical situations effectively.Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.Proficiency with computer use and MS Office.Experience in the waste or recycling industry.Ability to report on team success and KPI achievements.What You Receive as a GOgetterWeekly pay.Referral bonus of $1500 for each friend you bring to BINGO.Training and career progression opportunities.A safety-focused and inclusive company culture.Employee benefits including novated leasing, discounted health insurance, recognition programs, and retailer discounts.At BINGO, we are committed to building a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
