Dental Assistant/Client Services Officer
">Job Summary:">We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant/Client Service Officer to join our team. This role will involve working closely with dental professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and administrative support.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Assist dentists in the delivery of patient care, including preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining patient records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- A current Working with Children Check.
- A Victorian Driver's Licence.
- Enrolled in or completed Certificate III in Dental Assisting.
