Job Summary

This is a fast-paced and varied leadership position where you will take pride in your work, have a friendly and positive work attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management. This includes coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence based, ensuring excellent patient and family centred care in a team focused environment, providing guidance, mentoring and support to your team, and being accountable for the effective management of human, financial and material resources.

You will also undertake direct patient care, as required.

  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Proven experience building and leading high performing teams with a service excellence approach
  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive working relations with a wide range of diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer-focused care
