Overview

Location: Manly, New South Wales, Australia (beachside property).

How you work with us: you will uphold the Heartist culture by leading with your heart, using creativity and empowerment to heart-warm, spotlight, and genuinely connect with guests to make their stay memorable.

Responsibilities
  • Organise and deliver amenities to VIP rooms and conduct in-room checks.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery and coordination of guest amenities.
  • Assist and provide general support to the guest experience and guest journey at the hotel.
  • Coordinate correspondence for all contactable guests prior to arrival to arrange special requirements.
  • Update guest profiles in the system with relevant information.
  • Be conversant with daily VIP/Loyalty movements and collaborate with relevant departments for smooth guest transition and recognition.
  • Update operational departments daily with VIP movements and special requirements.
  • Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner, proactively and reactively.
  • Daily liaison with inter-departments regarding guest movements, requests and activities.
  • Assist with lobby arrivals and valet parking.
  • Order and maintain stock for VIP amenities.
  • Perform general tasks as assigned by the Director of VIP Services and Associate Director or their designate.
  • Act as an Accor ambassador to enhance the company's image internally and externally.
Qualifications
  • Natural ability to surprise guests with authentic service and a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability and initiative to manage own tasks and contribute to guest experience from arrival to after check-out.
  • Impeccable communication skills to make every interaction a positive, memorable moment.
  • Experience with Opera Cloud is preferred but not required.
  • RSA certification is a requirement.
  • Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
