Job Title: Senior Associate Labeling Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Associate Labeling Manager to join our team. As a key member of our labeling group, you will contribute to moderately complex projects under senior management's direction.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Contribute to moderately complex projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Labeling Documentation: Produce LPDs, LLDs, and PLDs with clear local regulatory principles and sources.
  • Documentation Control: Create labeling-related documentation for HAs, such as track change versions and annotated labels.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform QC checks on colleagues' work, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify improvements to labeling processes and systems, increasing efficiency and productivity.
  • Productivity Targets: Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets set by management.

Requirements

  • Education: Life sciences or pharmacy graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Skills：
    • Labeling Principles: Basic knowledge of labeling principles and concepts.
    • Regulatory Knowledge: Regulatory and labeling knowledge.
    • Business Systems: Proficient in business systems and importance of compliance.
    • Language Skills: Fluent English language skills; multi-language skills advantageous.
    • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communications.
    • Technical Skills: Experience with structured data in enterprise databases and MS tools.
