Senior Operations and Label Manager

A successful candidate will oversee the release of vinyl campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from planning to rollout. This involves leading across artist rosters and label partners, managing cash flow, royalties, ARIA reporting, grants, contracts, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial literacy, with experience in forecasting, budgets, and scalable systems implementation. They will also have a deep understanding of the independent music landscape, with expertise in vinyl production and physical product workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Release campaign management: planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Operations management: cash flow, royalties, ARIA reporting, grants, contracts, and compliance.
  • Financial forecasting and budgeting.
  • Scalable system implementation and automation.

Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years' experience in label management, operations, or music business leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the independent music landscape.
  • Vinyl production and physical product workflows expertise.
  • Strong financial literacy (forecasts, budgets).
  • Proven ability to implement scalable systems and workflows.
