Event Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Management Specialist to lead the planning, management, and execution of high-profile events.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee onsite delivery during key events, ensuring seamless execution and high standards of performance.
  • Provide expert advice and support to colleagues in the operational process for conferences and events.
  • Develop virtual platforms and provide technical advice to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and engage sponsors/exhibitors and monitor sponsorship deliverables to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and analyses for quality control and continuous improvement of event activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategizing, planning, and executing conferences and events of varying scales. They will possess high-level competence with event-related software and advanced computer skills, including webpage editing and virtual platform development.
