
Event Planning Specialist

A Meeting and Events Coordinator plays a vital role in handling bookings, building client relationships, and planning memorable events.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients to book events accurately, establishing client requirements to meet their needs, responding to meeting and events enquiries, and upselling to maximise sales, occupancy, and revenue.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a hotel or sales environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and engagement
- Confidence in preventing problems and handling service recovery
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
