The jobholder collaborates with various teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. They conduct advanced sessions, provide prescriptive recommendations, and develop high-impact content for technical and executive audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding & Adoption: Lead the onboarding process for large-scale customers.
- Strategic Advisory: Conduct advanced sessions to drive business growth.
- Consultative Guidance: Provide tailored recommendations to meet customer objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Drive ongoing engagement through targeted programs and workshops.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver a unified customer journey.
- Mentorship & Escalations: Mentor junior colleagues and act as an escalation point for technical or business challenges.
Required qualifications include 8+ years of professional experience in customer success engineering or a related field, a strong background in Identity & Access Management, and relevant certifications.
