Travel Coordinator Role

We are seeking an energetic and driven travel coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for building itineraries, crafting emails, performing hotel rate checks, arranging concierge services, corresponding with suppliers, and building relationships with our trusted supplier network and clientele.

About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity to work in the travel industry and utilize your skills to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will be working closely with our team to provide seamless travel arrangements and support.

  • You will research destination, culinary, and activity recommendations for clients.
  • You will correspond with suppliers to coordinate curated travel arrangements.
  • You will create and keep client travel documents and invoices updated.
  • You will complete travel arrangements for clients with air, hotel, car, and other ground transportation vendors at the lowest possible fares.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Email Support: You will assist in writing emails to clients regarding their travel arrangements.
  2. Destination Research: You will conduct thorough research on destinations, culinary options, and activities to recommend to clients.
  3. Supplier Correspondence: You will communicate effectively with suppliers to coordinate travel arrangements that meet client needs.
  4. Client Document Management: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client travel documents and invoices.
  5. Travel Arrangements: You will make travel arrangements for clients with various vendors, ensuring the best possible rates.
