Knight Frank Town Planning are looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their Sydney CBD practice on a full-time permanent basis.Overview :Full-Time, Permanent roleBased in Pitt St, Sydney CBD (3 days p / week) and WFH (2 days)Annual Base Salary: approximately $130k to $145k + super (depending on level of experience)Work for a successful, dynamic & reputable franchised business, connected to a large global real estate companyStrong team culture, seeking a long-term commitmentKnight Frank Australia is part of a global property powerhouse, boasting 1,300+ staff across their 30 offices nationally.
Knight Frank Town Planning (KFTP) is an independent franchise, operating within the KFA offices.It's a well-established and successful town planning practice which provides a wide range of town planning services and advice to private and public sector clients including strategic and statutory planning services, development feasibility advice and rezoning, and assisting clients with commercial, residential and industrial projects from a planning due diligence perspective.This is a newly-created additional role, as the business is seeking to grow from its current 5 staff and to expand their service offerings.The Role :As a 360 Senior Town Planning Consultant (Senior Town Planner), you will win and deliver work across planning proposals, development applications, rezoning land, whilst also providing strategic and policy advice to a variety of public and private clients.About YouYou will bring :Working experience as a Senior DA Planner or Senior Strategic Planner with around 5-10yrs experience.A background in Town Planning consultancy or having worked for a State / Local Government entity and passionate about moving into consultancy.Enthusiasm, coupled with the drive and ability to integrate in being part of this growing business.Developed relationships across the government sector and awareness of government policies and new initiatives.To be considered Apply Now
