Key Responsibilities
  • Custom Itinerary Creation: Design tailored travel plans based on each client's interests and preferences, covering accommodations, activities, transportation, and dining.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct virtual consultations to understand clients' travel requirements.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Partner with trusted suppliers to secure the best options and rates.
  • Booking Coordination: Manage travel bookings and confirmations, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Ongoing Support: Assist clients throughout the planning phase and during their trips, promptly handling any changes or issues.

Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination insights, and special offers to provide expert recommendations. Feedback & Follow-Up: Connect with clients after their travels to collect feedback and foster ongoing relationships.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in travel planning or customer service is beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator with problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using digital research platforms.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently from a remote setting.
